Madison Homes, in a joint venture with Waterford Development, LLC, was selected to help “revitalize” and create a new living experience in downtown McLean, Virginia.

We obtained rezoning approval for the development of a mixed-use neighborhood in the heart of McLean at the southern end of “Main Street”.

The Palladium was envisioned as an upscale neighborhood of urban residential condominiums, retail, specialty shops, office space and a restaurant.

We’re proud to say that our team’s vision was widely accepted and welcomed with great enthusiasm. Development and sales of The Palladium began in early 2003 and several hundred guests attended the Grand Opening reception.

Still highly sought after today, The Palladium is recognized as one of the most exciting, high-end, urban mixed-use developments in the Washington Metropolitan area.
